Patient Management

Appointment Management
| Appointment book is a highly flexible tool that allows display of appointments over any time
period and for any practitioner. |

| Selecting a date or a range of dates from Calendar tool in the lower left hand corner displays
all appointments for that period, either for all practitioners or for a single practitioner.
This flexibility allows the user to quickly search for free time in any given way. |

| Manual appointment creation is done via the 'Appointment book' screen. The user simply selects
the appropriate time and the appointment dialog pops up to confirm the appointment. |

Quick Finder allows the user to quickly find a suitable appointment slot for a patient.

Recall system
|
Recall letters and emails for both General check ups and Hygenist appointments can be
generated quickly and easily.
|
|
|
Templates for the letters and emails can be edited easily by you using the built in template
editor.
Letters can be formatted using custom fonts, text alignment, bold text, italic's and
underlines. The results are a professional highly customised letter.

| All documents generated via the recall system are viewable in the patient information screen
under the communications tab. |

Reporting
|
Numerous reports based on either patient data or appointments.
All reports come with a print view enabling you to view the report without wasting any paper
or printer ink.
